1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the kaya96 website at kaya96.app (the "Platform"), creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kaya96 ("we", "us", "the Company"). kaya96 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

Use of the kaya96 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during continued use:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on the kaya96 Platform. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

When registering a kaya96 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registered information and update it promptly if it changes.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. kaya96 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notify kaya96 immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

kaya96 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the kaya96 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to financial transactions:

• Deposits are accepted via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your kaya96 account dashboard and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as part of kaya96's anti-money laundering obligations.
• kaya96 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
• Withdrawals will not be processed from accounts where KYC verification is incomplete or where there is an active investigation relating to the account.
• kaya96 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

5. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the kaya96 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each product (Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, Mix Parlay, Plinko):

• Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended, except as expressly permitted by the applicable product rules.
• kaya96 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds or prices resulting from system errors or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, kaya96's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in kaya96's support documentation.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to your account wallet. No additional compensation will be provided.
• kaya96 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account at any time, including maximum bet amounts, maximum payout limits, and daily or weekly wagering caps.
• Match or game results are determined by the relevant official governing body. In the absence of an official result, kaya96's ruling committee will determine the outcome.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kaya96 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• kaya96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Use of bonuses for arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics constitutes misuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• kaya96 reserves the right to recover bonus funds from player accounts if there is reasonable evidence of abuse.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaya96 Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate account activity, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with kaya96.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your kaya96 account.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity, security, or fair operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kaya96 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of kaya96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without kaya96's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kaya96 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses from betting or gaming activity, whether or not such losses result from Platform malfunction.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kaya96's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

kaya96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination, any verified remaining balance in your account (after deduction of bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC.

11. Responsible Gaming
